The LRC-MM MightyMOS 3in1 Experimenter's Board provides a quick way to prototype one of three common tube amplifier circuits: Unity Gain Cathode (Source) Follower, Common Cathode (Source) Gain Stage, and Cathodyne (Sourceodyne?) Unity Gain Phase Inverter using a single 1kV, 1.5A MOSFET. With high voltage capabilities, the three available MOSFET circuits can be used as direct replacements for their tube-based counterparts. This is a great resource for your "MOSFETs in tube amps" studies.
